Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part.

• Return Window:

  • You have two ( 2 ) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Shipping:  Please return the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Make sure the package is securely sealed.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to any other reason, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as production begins promptly.
